What people come to therapy with

You don't need a diagnosis or a clear goal. These are some of the things people bring.

Anxiety
Constant worry, a body that won't settle, or a sense that something is wrong without knowing what.
Low mood
Feeling flat, heavy or disconnected, and unsure how to get back to yourself.
Addiction and recovery
Support while you change your relationship with alcohol, drugs or other habits, or after you have stopped.
Loss and grief
Making room for a death, an ending or a change you didn't choose.
Identity and meaning
Questions about who you are, what matters to you and where your life is heading.
Relationships and shame
Patterns with other people, difficulty with closeness, anger, or a harsh inner critic.

How we work together

Together we can discover how you can change your world.

Awareness

Observation in the present moment

We slow down and notice what is happening for you right now, in your thoughts, your feelings and your body.

Contact

Healing happens in relationship

The relationship between us is part of the work. How you meet me can show us something about how you meet the world.

Experiment

Find new possibilities

We try small, low-pressure things in the session to see what shifts. You choose what to try.

About me

I am in the final year of my taught training at The Gestalt Centre, and I am completing my clinical hours towards UKCP accreditation. I see adults in person in Holborn and Camden, and I also run groups on team communication and listening skills.

You can also find me on Welldoing, where my membership is verified.

15-Minute Consultation Call

Before we commit to working together, we can speak for 15 minutes on the phone. It's a chance to hear each other's voice, for you to say a little about what's bringing you to therapy, and for you to ask me anything about how I work.

There's no pressure to decide anything on the call. If it feels like a good fit, we'll arrange a first session. If it doesn't, that's completely fine.

What to expect

  • A short, relaxed conversation, not an assessment
  • Space for your questions about Gestalt therapy and my approach
  • Practical details: sessions from £65, available times, and how to book

You don't need to have it all worked out. Start wherever you are.

Sessions at the Holborn and Camden practices.
